​An annual event - this two week intensive program is for women to recharge, make authentic connections and put spiritual practices at the forefront. This year the dates are from Nov 22 - Dec 6th.

Introduction to Meditation & Yoga

Didi Ananda Anuprabha is a sannyasini (renunciate) and has been a teacher of yoga & meditation with Ananda Marga for over 20 years. 

 

Didi visits Vistara from time to time, offering an introduction to yoga & meditation based on the teachings of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. She has a joyful, devotional spirit.

 

Didi is available for personal guidance, offering meditation techniques tailored to the individual.

Vegetarian Cooking Class & Feast

Dada Shuddhatmananda is an Ananda Marga sannyasi (renunciate). He has been based in New Zealand for the past twelve years. Dada visits Vistara from time to time, sharing his wisdom as well as his vegetarian & vegan cooking skills and recipes.

 

Dada is available for personal guidance for men, tailoring diet, yoga and meditation practices in support of your life's journey.

Tantric Female Studies

Dhara has been inspired by the model of Didi Ananda Subhashiisha and the community and teachings which are exemplified in Ananda Diipa, Germany.

Didi draws from the ancient principles of tantra and creates an applied approach to  spirituality specifically for women.
