Program

Over the two weeks, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of workshops and classes which will help you deepen your spiritual practice and your connection to the whenua (land). The program integrates indigenous cultural concepts and builds upon the profound practices of Ananda Marga.

Tailored guidance offering personal mantra and meditation techniques.

Specific yoga postures focusing on women's health and well being.

 

Group and individual yoga asana practice twice daily. Personal guidance available upon request.

A daily routine that includes collective singing and meditation, philosophy class and asanas.

Sentient vegetarian and vegan cooking

Accommodation

Shared double rooms and two bathrooms available within our large house.

​

Additional space in the mezzanine floor of the barn if needed.

Cost

Early Bird NZD$995, after 31st October NZD$1200 Fee covers your shared accomodation, food and a sunrise waka ama (canoe) trip (or equivalent outing).

​

Some scholarships/funding available - please contact Dhara to enquire.

 

Cancellation policy: Full refund by 1st October 2024, 50% refund by 22 October 2024,
30% refund between 23rd  Oct and 8th November 
No refund after 9 November 2024.
